Accounting Supervisor (40K–45K) (SDG-114266)
<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare Voucher and input in System (Payment, Received, Journal, Purchase, Sales)
- Checking transaction and reconciliation bank account statements.
- Checking and preparing Output Vat, and input Vat reports.
- Prepare Withholding Tax Certificates to suppliers
- Prepare and submit taxation to Revenue Department (P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, P.N.D.54, PP.30, PP.36)
- Prepare documents for request Withholding Tax certificate in English to the Revenue Department and send to API for ASEAN support and APJ for Loan interest.
- Control and reconcile for Fixed Assets & Calculate depreciation.
- Monitor and reconcile prepaid expense, accrued income, advance Received, accrued expense and deposit, etc.
- Prepare AR Aging and send it to the Sales Department to find out the Cause of overdue and how to.
- Monitor and Prepare monthly report Financial Statement
- Monitor and Prepare cash flow reports, analyze the difference between the Plan and the actual, and estimate the cash balance for the three-month forecast.
- Monthly closing financial report (B/S, P/L, Cash Flow report, GP Report, sales report by segments, etc.) in Excel format and sent to HQ.
- Prepare the Revenue form of Corporate Income Tax (P.N.D.50, 51) & Ministry of Commerce form (SBC.3) and process on the website.
- Deal and Coordinate with external auditors and support them for auditing.
- Prepare accounting material for presentation on management monthly meeting 2nd week of the month.
- Prepare accounting material to report on BOD meeting by quarter and AGM meeting.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience as an Overall Accountant
- Good English business level (use with documents and report to Japanese managing director)
- Have a CPD license
- Have Experience in senior-level or higher
- Have Experience in using an accounting program
- Proficiency in MS excel and other office software.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to direct and supervise.
- Have pleasant personality, leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, active, fast learning, good relationship.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working Experience in a manufacturing company
- Have Experience in using the Sun System program
- Working experience in the Japanese company
