Accounting Staff (Bangpoo Factory) (17K–18K) (SDG-61415)
พนักงานบัญชี (โรงงานบางปู)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Control petty cash in-out at Factory as well as journalize transaction in SAP system
- Conduct daily accounting operation at factory
- To prepare tax and submit to government (VAT,PND 3, 53)
- Coordinate with purchasing team to prepare supplies & chemical inventory report (manual)
- Complete payments & Control expenses, verify & reconcile invoice preparing statement & monthly report
- Prepare to process transfers and payment
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 23- 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 years experience as accounting
- Having experience using the SAP system
- Conversational level of English ( able to communicate and writing email, report for internal)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working in factory

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
--ควบคุมเงินสดย่อยเข้า-ออกที่โรงงานและจัดทำรายการบันทึกในระบบ SAP
--ทำบัญชีรายวันที่โรงงาน
--การจัดเตรียมภาษีและยื่นต่อทางราชการ (VAT, ภงด.3, 53)
--ประสานงานกับทีมจัดซื้อเพื่อจัดทำรายงานวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองและเคมีภัณฑ์ (คู่มือ)
--ชำระเงินและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายให้เสร็จสิ้น ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดการจัดทำใบแจ้งยอดและรายงานประจำเดือน
--เตรียมดำเนินการโอนและชำระเงิน
--งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
--สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 23-30 ปี
--ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
--มีประสบการณ์การใช้ระบบ SAP
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถสื่อสารและเขียนอีเมล รายงานภายใน)
