Work Outline: In charge of accounting task (Using outsource company)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle all Accounting jobs, Such as AP, AR, RV, PV, PB and PC
Operation by CD organizer program
Prepare documents for Petty cash expense
Issue Withholding Tax to supplier
Record Input-Output Vat
Receive billing and confirm payment schedule to supplier
Support documents to Accounting consult company and Check GL, BS AND TB to correctly
Summary Petty cash, Bank report end of month
Summary Purchase and Sales from CD program for check with Sales Department to correctly and Other duty as requirement
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 28-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
At last 2 years’ experience in Accounting
Good command of English both Speaking and writing or ability a little speaking in Japanese
Ability to handle multiple tasks and Good command to communication and relationship
Computer literate : MS Office, Internet and E-mail
Able to use wind speed, Express or CD
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB negotiable
