Work Outline: Mainly responsible for company account payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and coordinate with outsource for account closing
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to all function of accounting in the company
Handling company’s account receivable and account payable (AR/AP)
Handling tax WHT 3, 53, PP.30 PND 50, 51 and any relevant
Maintains accurate ledgers, journals, and accounting records
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements
Preparing tax returns and financial reporting requirements
Coordinate with Audit firm for month-end and year-end closing processes
Cooperate with internal/external auditors and the Revenue Department.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age under 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
1-2 years accounting/finance experience
Strong accounting skills and have good understanding of accounting theory
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Able to work independently
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
Preferable Skill / Experience
CPD license is advantage point
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Able to communicate in Japanese is a plus
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Monday to Friday)
