Work Outline: Responsible for all accounting task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Organize and maintain financial records
Managing accounting data, making report
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, 22-30 years old, Female only
Bachelor’s degree in any related filed
At least 1 year experience in accounting related field Able to use Microsoft Office
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Have own car
Have driver’s license
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *Work on 1st and 3rd Saturday
