Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparing consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.

Maintaining and balancing an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.

Preparing general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.

Preparing payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.

Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.

Providing accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.

Assisting and supporting account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.

Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

Desired skills & experiences:

Male or Female, age 22 - 35 years old

Thai Nationality Only

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Welcome New graduates

Working experience with Japanese company over 1 year. 

Good command in English 

Languages skills:

Only Thai ※English preferable 

Workplace Area:Amphur Nongkhae Hemaraj Saraburi Industrial Land 

Working Hour:Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (2 Saturday per month)
