Accounting Senior Supervisor (Costing) (35K–50K) (SDG-116053)
<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for all processes of Costing & inventory (Main responsibility), General Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Handle and oversee all day-to-day general ledger, special ledger transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Provide Management with reports on product cost trends, pricing, and cost savings opportunities.
- Ensure that inventory levels are optimized, balancing the need to meet production and Sales requirements while minimizing excess stock.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing required inventory and Costing Data and documentation.
- Identify areas for improvement in the costing and inventory control processes, and lead the implementation of solutions.
- Review and approve monthly and annual journal entries, as well as reconciliations of General Ledger accounts.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Ensure that all invoices are matched to purchase orders (POs) and receipt of goods (ROGs) and that discrepancies are resolved promptly.
-Oversee the reconciliation of Accounts Payable sub-Ledger to the General Ledger on a monthly basis.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-At least 3 years of accounting experience in Costing & Inventory in any industry
- At least 2 years experience in management level with subordinate
- Conversational high-level English (Used for Reporting internally via meetings, email, and documents)
- Experience and responsibility in Costing and inventory for a manufacturing business.
- able to Review, control, Monitor, and manage Costing and inventory.
- Know about GL & AP.
- able to prepare a report on Costing & inventory.
- have analytical skills, leadership,p, and high responsibility.
- able to Work under pressure and Work as assigned.
- Be a proactive person.
- Excellent/good/fair in English speaking, reading, and writing.
- good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
