Accounting Officer (20K-30K) (SDG-36001)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Mainly responsible for the accounting in Thailand
 Record domestic and 3rd party overseas account payable in accounting system
 Record domestic and 3rd party overseas accrued expense in accounting system
 Check supporting document for employees’ reimbursement request on business trip and record transaction
 Create payment transaction to domestic supplier and employees via Internet Banking
 Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report on all bank account in a timely manner
 Fixed Asset control (addition, disposals/write off, record depreciation, annual physical check)
 Follow-up and check tax invoice and receipt from supplier
 Record invoice, receipt and payment transaction in accounting system
 Prepare and file withholding tax for domestic payment
 Prepare and submit VAT report, withholding tax report (PND3, PND53, PP30, etc.) and ensure comply with local regulations
 Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, auditors, Government officers, Revenue Department officers and bankers



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 23-30 years old
 Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting field
 Minimum 1 year experienced in Accounting field
 Proactive and systematic thinking and deliverable
 Good in adaptation and quick response with limitation of time
 High responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
 Good English communication skills
 Detail-Oriented, fast-learner and committed to meet deadline

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday (Sat:Non) Flexible working time, - 8.30 - 17.00 (standard)
