Work outline: In charge of normal accounting task

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
Ø    Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Ø    Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Ø    Organize and maintain financial records
Ø    Managing accounting data, making report
Ø    Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Ø    Create VAT , WHT report
Ø    Support other accounting job which is assigned by manager
Ø    Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai nationality, Female only, age 24-30 years,
Ø    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
Ø    At least 1-2 years exp. in Procurement or Import and export
Ø    Have knowledge in VAT , WHT report
Ø    Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Ø    Good command of English

Prefer:
Ø    Able to speak Japanese
Ø    Come from Japanese company

 Languages skills
English: Advance conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (Preferable)


Workplace Area: (BTS) Chong Nonsi
 Working Hour: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30

About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 23,000 THB including all allowance
