Work Outline: Support the daily operations of the accounting and sales department
Duties & Responsibility:
•Coordinate with the local outsourcing company for the month and year end closing and also the tax filing
•Oversees the accounting matters to complete the annual audits of the parent company.
•Issuing Invoices and Tax Invoices
•Preparing monthly payment for company and parent company
•Check and verify all monthly payroll and expenses reimbursement
•Preparing monthly cash flow
•Preparing summary of sales and cost
•Review monthly management account of company and parent company
•Preparing summary of fixed asset
•Petty cash management
•Support the Managements on any assigned projects/works
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting)
•Computer literacy (MS-Office)
•Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Email)
•At least 3-5 years experiences in accounting fields
•Have CPD License
•Able to do consolidated financial statement
[Prefer]
•BOI knowledge is a plus
•Have knowledge in audit
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Walk 5 minutes from MRT Thailand Cultural Center
Working Hour:9.00 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 20,000-40,000 THB/ Month
