Duties & Responsibility:

Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.

Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, MS Word 

Using Express (Accounting program) for correcting and making report

Responsible to all function of accounting department

Handling company’s account receivable and account payable (AR/AP)

Handling month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports.

In charge of taxation (VAT, withholding tax) and ensuring its timely and accurate submission

Assist the company by providing all supporting documents for actual budget planning or for any other requirements.

From the beginning need to work alone and take care both of Accounting and Financial job.

Qualifications:

[MUST]

Female, age 30-45 years old

Thai Nationality Only

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related fields 

At least 5 year’ experience in accounting field 

Mature personality, able to work independently with high responsibility

Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office) *expert in MS Excel 

Able to use *Express program (accounting program)

Strong background in financial, accounting is preferable

Good English communication skills 

Good analytical skills, self-initiative

Languages skills:

ENGLISH : Conversational Level

Workplace Area: Sathorn, Bangkok

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17.30

Salary: 20,000-30,000 THB/ Month
