<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for all accounting and financial department works
- New set up company with Japan HQ

<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting
department.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial
reports or statements.
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are
adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of
periodic budget forecast
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income
statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey
analysis to the management and the headquarters in Japan.
- Prepare tax filing monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Prepare year-end books for audit.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses.
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and
regulations.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Process payroll and report payroll taxes.
- Other assigned works by Japanese manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 10years experience as accountant in manufacturing company
- Conversational middle level of English ( communicate with Japan HQ)
- Hold CPD license

Personality : responsible and tough person

- Experience of new setup company
- Work in Japanese company
- Business level of English
