Accounting Manager (65K–90K) (SDG-66084)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly accounting closing
- Prepare Monthly report for internal review
- Prepare P&L by Section, BS by Section, Actual and Forecast, Cash flow actual and Prediction
- Deal with internal control (J-SOX)
- Control and Manage to sub-ordinate
- Prepare report for stockholders' meeting and board meeting
- Concerning to the Tax relevant: -Corporate Tax / Withholding Tax / Vat / Deferred Tax until arrangement document support The revenue dept. when required (PND3, PP30, PND36, PND53, PND54, PND50, PND51)
- Preparation of yearly budget
- Prepare reports that require from Head Office Japan
- Prepare reports for consolidated financial statement of Head Office
- Prepare Financial statement for Audit (quarterly, half-year, end of year)
- Responsible for Issuing financial report properly
- Deal with BOI, Insurance company
- Support system change to SAP B1
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 38 - 55 years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Holding CPD license
- Over 10 years experience as accountant and able to close monthly, quarterly and Yearly accounting
- Over 5 years experience in manage subordinate more than 4 members
- Have experience in manufacturing company and close accounting
- Able to handle finance (cash management) and taxation (PP20,PND53,PND50,PND 51)
- Conversation level of English (Able to write English e-mail and communicate with Japanese management)
- Able to commute by own car
- Able to work under pressure and have willingness to grow with company, not afraid of changing
- Able to work as both player and management
- Experience in SAP B1
- Experience in internal control (J-SOX)

- Experience in costing

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดทำบัญชีประจำเดือน ไตรมาส ประจำปี
- จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนสำหรับการตรวจสอบภายใน
- เตรียมกำไรขาดทุนตามหมวด, BS ตามหมวด, จริงและพยากรณ์, กระแสเงินสดตามจริงและการทำนาย
- จัดการกับการควบคุมภายใน (J-SOX)
- ควบคุมและจัดการให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- จัดทำรายงานการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นและคณะกรรมการบริษัท
- เกี่ยวกับภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง: -ภาษีนิติบุคคล / ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย / ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม / ภาษีรอตัดบัญชี จนกว่าเอกสารข้อตกลงจะรองรับ กรมสรรพากร เมื่อจำเป็น (ภ.ง.ด.3, ภงด.30, ภ.ง.ด.36, ภ.ง.ด.53, ภ.ง.ด.54, ภ.ง.ด.50, ภ.ง.ด.51)
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี
- จัดทำรายงานที่ต้องการจากสำนักงานใหญ่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- จัดทำรายงานงบการเงินรวมของสำนักงานใหญ่
- จัดทำงบการเงินสำหรับตรวจสอบ (รายไตรมาส, ครึ่งปี, สิ้นปี)
- รับผิดชอบการออกรายงานทางการเงินอย่างถูกต้อง
- ข้อตกลงกับ BOI บริษัท ประกันภัย
- รองรับการเปลี่ยนระบบเป็น SAP B1
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง อายุ 38 - 55 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีมากกว่า 10 ปี และสามารถปิดบัญชีรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และรายปีได้
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปีในการจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชามากกว่า 4 สมาชิก
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทผู้ผลิตและปิดบัญชี
- สามารถจัดการการเงิน (การจัดการเงินสด) และภาษีอากรได้ (ภภภ.๒๐,ภ.ง.ด.๕๓,ภ.ง.ด.๕๐,ภ.ง.ด.๕๑)
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถเขียนอีเมลภาษาอังกฤษและสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
- สามารถเดินทางโดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัวได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ และเต็มใจที่จะเติบโตไปพร้อมกับบริษัท ไม่กลัวการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- เป็นได้ทั้งผู้เล่นและผู้บริหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ใน SAP B1
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมภายใน (J-SOX)
