Work Outline: Be responsible for all accounting task and manage team members in the future
Duties & Responsibility:
Manage all areas of the company’s finance and accounting including general accounting; account receivable, account payable, cash flow, budgeting, taxation, fixed assets, treasury, cost and inventory.
Manage, control and advise the outsource party for internal accounting, control standards and ensure its correctness.
Ensure the internal control aligns with the internal audits both of local and Japanese, external auditors, bank, etc.
To ensure the internal control are compliance with GAAP, local statutory regulations and group policy.
Coordinate with accounting outsource vendor and internal in term of following up works and reports
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Other Ad-hoc task will be assigned by the Japanese CEO
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 30-40
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Accounting, Finance or related fields
7 – 10 years experiences as an accountant
CPD license
Excellent command of English
[Preferable Skill]
Interpersonal skill
Experienced in Brokerage Industries is a Big Plus
CPA qualified is preferable
Languages skills
English: Business Level
