Work outline: Responsible for accounts Payable tasks and support team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage of Monthly Account Reconciliation report
Ø Ensure that daily transactions relating to cash flow, bank deposits and other related transactions are in order
Ø Handle and carry out of Account Payable
Ø Assist for Accounting Manager in other areas as assigned
Ø Report in all matter of Financial
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 24-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial
Ø At least 2-3 years accounting experience especially Account Payable
Ø Service mind and ability to work under pressure
Ø Able to communicate in English which related to accounting matters
Ø Good PC skills in MS Office
Ø Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Ø Experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain industry
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
