Work outline: In charge of Accounting and financial tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Managing and preparing of full sets of accounts in accordance to company requirements including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Ø    Daily cash flow in cooperation with the parent company based in Penang
Ø    Maintain reliable and complete set of financial and management reports
Ø    Support budgeting and forecasting process
Ø    Preparing cash flow statement and other financial report when required
Ø    Handle month end closing of accounts and bank reconciliations
Ø    Perform year-end closing, managed audit schedules and liaison with auditors/tax agents
Ø    Improve accounting work in general in cooperation with consultants
Ø    Ensuring accounting policies and procedures are compliant and aligned with company and government regulations
Ø    General accounting administrative duties including other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Male/Female , ages 30-40 years old
Ø    Diploma/Bachelors of Accountancy/Finance or equivalent with 6-8 years of working experience managing full set of accounts preferably in Servicing or Manufacturing Industry
Ø    Experience in accounting or financial around 5 -7 years
Ø    English and Thai are essential
Ø    Ability to work well under pressure in a face paced environment
Ø    Meticulous and resourceful with a positive working attitude

Prefer:
Ø    Ability to communicate in Japanese language will be an advantage as this role will be required to liaise with Japanese associates
Ø    Experience in leading a team is an advantage

 Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (Preferable)


Workplace Area: Ladkrabang
 Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 THB
