Accounting Assistant Manager @Samutprakarn (30K-50K) (SDG-25964)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Arrange the payment vouchers, journal vouchers, import cost sheets and review before record in SBO.
 Supervise the day to day activities/functions of the Accounting section to ensure that Operation works are run smoothly.
 Prepare the monthly accounting closing reports and assist to prepare consolidation work sheet and input in HFM.
 Prepare filing of corporate tax returns with the Revenue Department (PND.50, PND.51 PND.30, PND.36, PND.1, 3,53,54).
 Supervise fixed assets register and calculate the depreciation.
 Supervise the cash control of Rayong branch.
 Supervise the cash or cheque deposit pay-in to the banks.
 Co-ordinate with the bank regarding the bank guarantee and banking transfer system.
 Supervise the resource of accounting system (SBO).
 Assist the other department in the organization by providing accounting advice and assist them to resolve any matters.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-35 years old
 Bachelor's or higher in Accounting
 At least 5 years of experience in Accounting which being supervisor or management level
 Able to do Monthly-end closing
 Communication well in English (Meeting and communicate with internal Japanese, email, contacting between branch Vietnam, Japan etc.)
 Able to use SAP
