Work Outline: Support accounting tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Check & record company's expenses/ Cash outflow
Process payment (Bank Transfer, Cheque) to vendor/employee
Prepare Input VAT report, support tax filling through internet
Filling documents
Support Document control center (ISO documents)
Other accounting work as requested
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only , Age 22-25 years old
(New Graduated are also welcomed)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Computer literacy especially in MS. Office
Good command of both written and spoken in English (Practical or Business Level)
Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented
Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, carefully, communication & coordination skills with ability to work under pressure
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: Near Suvarnabhumi air-port
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
About the Benefit
Salary: 16,000 – 17,000 THB negotiable
