Duties & Responsibility:
- Maintain furniture/appliances in the office , Liaising with different vendors
- Manage corporate rates with hotels and airlines for Japanese customers
- Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
- Consolidate monthly accounting documents to submit to outsourcing accounting firm
- Able to prepare company tax payment and issue service invoices to clients
- Assist and cooperate with Thai and Japanese accountants
- Other duties depending on experience and instructed by supervisors.
Qualification:
- Female or Male, Thai nationality , Age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Business administration or related field.
- Experiences at least 1-3 years in secretary field
- Good personality and well-Japanese business manner
- Strong communication and Accounting skills
- Proficiency in English in business level
- Well-organized and highly detail oriented in work
Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00
