Accountant & Finance Officer (25K–27K) (SDG-117306)

<Job responsibilities>
* Accounting Task 90%
- Contact for accounting team
- Support the accounting part by collecting the details of attachment and recheck before processes accounting entry.
- Payment preparation Supporting the superior
- Prepare VAT report & P.N.D. 3/53.
- Input data in PND 3/53 form and VAT form
- Preparing invoice to subsidiaries and prepare detail to Support to Head office in Japan
- Filing document to Support accounting part & control the storage of general document of accounting.
- Performing assigned accounting tasks or the tasks conducted within the accounting Department
- Be a person in charge on daily office activities i.e. telephone, door, welcome guest ect. when key person is not available.
*Finance Task 10%
- Preparing and forecasting of monthly Expense, actual and income to input in VBA (Excel) by calling to check with subsidiaries company


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Fields
- At least 3 years in Accounting (Full loop, AP AR)
- Conversational high level in English, use for Data entry and Record-keeping, communication with Japanese Management
- Computer skills (Excel is a must)
- Willing to work overtime (2-3 days per month, not later than 8 PM)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Treasury Operations: knowledge in debt Management, and risk Management strategies
- have working Experience from an international company
- Basic knowledge in BOI (for submitting the data once a year)
- Experience in SAP ECC6
- TOEIC score 550+

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday)
