Work Outline: Responsible for accounting tasks especially AR and assist manager’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable transactions, reconciliation
Issue Invoices, Receive, Debit & Credit Notes
Prepare Sales Voucher and Receive Voucher
Prepare Output VAT Report
Handle day-to-day transactions relate to A/R and Petty cash
Prepare monthly A/R Aging report, Sales and Forecast Collection reports and Reconciliation
Follow up collection, monitor overdue A/R, identify and action significant collection risk issues
Keep updating/ reviewing BOI, BOND, Free Zone License and related matters
Review new customer profile such as financial statement, credit history
Support internal and external auditors in area of A/R and Sales
Handle Petty Cash and prepare report
Handle/Assist assigned Ad hoc issues when required by Manager/Management
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male/female, age 27-33 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related fields
At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounts receivable (all functions of AR)
Knowledge of key accounting principles and procedures
Knowledge of fair credit reporting Act. And fair credit billing Act
Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Be able to use Auto Flight
Hard working, flexible and fast learning
Communication skills and tolerance
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 THB negotiable
