Work outline: Responsible for general accounting tasks either AP or AR
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform accounting tasks such as AR, AP, etc.
Issue invoice, tax invoice, and receipt
Prepare and make a payment voucher
Handle accounting transactions in accounting software
Prepare of withholding tax certificate, withholding tax and VAT reports
File accounting documents
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 22-28 years old
Bachelor or higher in Accounting/Finance
1 – 2 years’ experience in general accounting
Fresh graduates are also welcome ***But if have accounting experiences will be advantage***
Able to communicate in English which related to accounting
Good PC skills in MS Office
Formal, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Languages skills
English: Advance level (able to communicate about accounting matters and read English documents)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
