Work outline: Responsible for managing and supporting all accounting tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Full set of accounting as CPD 1 person in a small company with only 60 – 80 transaction/month by SAP (not complicate function)
Prepare Salary and related document for 12 persons
Prepare document support SSO (Register new employee, resigned) and related data
Prepare and submit corporate tax returns by e-filling (PND1,3,53,54, PND1Kor, PP36, PP30)
Submit PND51/50 which provided by company’s tax advisor to RD
Prepare Budget file and analyzed data
Prepare Closing report support financial statement provided by SAP
To be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and year ended financial reports
Cash Flow Control and prepare cheque payment 1 time/month for 5 supplier
Issue Invoice/Tax Invoice/ Receipt/ WHT doc./ other related document for 3-4 client
Liaise with customers, vendors, banks and other departments
Coordinate with internal and external auditor
Submit financial statement by e-system to RD/ BOI/ DBD
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 27-32 years old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
At least 2-5 years experiences in accounting (Auditing experience will be preferred)
Proactive and systematic thinking and deliverable
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good in adaptation and quick response
Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB exclude allowance
