Work outline: Work directly for senior accountants and manager to assist in executing accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Helping senior accountants and manager in the following responsibilities in order to gain more accounting experiences and be solely in charge of accounting and finance activities.
Make voucher, invoice, receipt etc.
Manage and forecast cash flow
Calculate salary, PIT, CIT, VAT
Control and forecast budget
Make report to Head office in Japan
Control foreign exchange booking, Credit line
Other task requested from manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality-Female only, age 23-32 years old
Bachelor's degree in accounting and have knowledge of accounting (New graduates are welcome)
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel)
Fair command of spoken and written English (able to communicate with Japanese managers)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Hard-working and able to work to strict necessary
Punctual, flexibility, team working spirit necessary
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8.30-17.00 (Mon – Fri)
