Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate ledgers, journals, and accounting records
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Handling tax WHT 3, 53, PP.30 PND 50, 51 and any relevant
Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Assist with financial and tax audits
Assist with preparing tax returns and financial reporting requirements
Assist with quarterly producer consolidation reports
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female, age 23-25 years old
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
Strong accounting skills and have good understanding of accounting theory
Accounting experience ( 1-2 years)
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Ability to act and operate independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, creativity, problem solving, and results.
Preferable Skill / Experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Languages skills
English: Conversation level (TOEIC 550)
Workplace Area: MRT Cultural center
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:00AM – 17:00PM] / 5 Saturday per year
