Work Outline: Controlling accounting, monthly check for closing entries, controlling financial statement, balance sheet, income statement, accounting report, controls to issue tax invoice, controlling budget, controls checking stock, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for company account payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
Ensure payment to suppliers & others are done on timely manner
Handling tax WHT 3, 53, PND 50, 51 or any relevant
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Control the management financial report i.e. income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash-flow
Support assistant/ manager for assigned tasks
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 24-27 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related fields
At least 1 year of working experience in accounting
Experience in Japanese trading industry
Good command in English (able to read and record balance sheet in English)
Excellent interpersonal skill
Energetic and active
Preferable
Basic knowledge about trading and logistics
Languages skills
English: Conversation level (No TOEIC Score is needed)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
