Work Outline: Responsible for handle accounting function
Duties & Responsibility:
Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
In charge of payroll function and administrative function
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Organize and maintain financial records
Working closely with Japanese management side and procurement department
Managing accounting data, making report
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Male/Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
More than 2 years’ experience in accounting
English conversational level
Able to use MS Office
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have CPD and CPA
Experience in construction industry
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) 8:00 – 12:00 (Sat)
