About this Job

Purpose and objectives

Opportunity to work with high stability global scale organization

Work in the center of Bangkok with convenience transportation (Asoke)

Opportunity to promote as an assistant manager

Work Outline: Responsible of Account receivable, Account Payable, Tax, Vat

Preparing yearly & quarterly budget, forecast

Preparing the document for auditing at closing

Preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc.

Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing

Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up

Reviewing payment transactions; petty cash, cheque, bank transfer

Reviewing invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt

Reviewing tax filling; VAT report, withholding tax deduction and tax filling form

Reviewing accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc. 

Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return

Qualification:

Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old     

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

At least 3 years experiences in Accounting field

Able to work under pressure

Preferable Skill / Experience

Having deep knowledge for all accounting function

Language Skill: 

 *English: Advanced conversational level 

Workplace Area:Asoke, Bangkok   

Working Hour:8:00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

About the Benefit

Salary: 30,000-35,000 THB/ Month
