Duties & Responsibility:
(Work Outline)
Responsible of Account receivable, Account Payable, Tax , Vat
(Products)
Extensive business (equipment, precision equipment, electronic and control equipment and industrial equipment system and, peripheral equipment-related,etc.)
(Clients)
All companies dealing with industrial equipment (Both existing and new)
After joining, specify the area of responsibility(Bangkok, East, Southeast, North)*Go with company car by own drive
(Detail)
Preparing yearly & quarterly budget, forecast
Preparing the document for auditing at closing
Preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc
Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Reviewing payment transactions; petty cash, cheque, bank transfer
Reviewing invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt
Reviewing tax filling; VAT report, withholding tax deduction and tax filling form
Reviewing accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc.
Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Qualifications:
[Must]
Female, Thai National.
Fresh Graduation, Age 22 -25 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Financial
0-3 years experiences in Accounting or Financial field.
Good command in English
Good personality
Able to work under pressure.

2 years’ experience in accounting field
Working in Japanese company
Workplace Area: Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17.00
