Duties & Responsibility
(Work Outline)
In charge of Accounting (Auditing Tasks as well)
(Detail)
Periodical inventory and petty cash checking.
General accounting job (Preparing yearly & quarterly budget, forecast)
Preparing information for management and support business unit
Assisting in estimation cost of project for calculation of bidding price
Preparing the document for auditing at closing
Preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc
Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Reviewing payment transactions; petty cash, cheque, bank transfer
Reviewing invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt
Reviewing tax filling; VAT report, withholding tax deduction and tax filling form
Reviewing accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc.
Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or female, age 28 – 36 , Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher
Experience of work in Accounting field minimum 3 year
Good knowledge for SAP(Accounting system)
CPA or CPD holder
[Prefer]
Experiences in Auditing for corporate will be advantage.
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Workplace Area:BTS Saladaeng/ MRT Silom
Working Hour:09:00 ～ 18:00 ( Mon – Fri )
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 THB (*Negotiable depends on Experience)
