Duties & Responsibility:
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES (AR)
1. Pass Original Tax Invoice and billing note to customer by post or delivery goods
2.Follow up Copy Tax Invoice return
3.Report Schedule Collection Customer on 15th -10th of the following month
4.Confirm Customer amount that they will pay by phone
5.Issued Receipt
6.Prepare Receive Voucher for customer
ACCOUNT PAYABLES (AP)
- Appointment Billing to Vendors & Copy Invoice from Vendor
- Input Data for Detail Payment from Vendors (Account Number)
- Send Billing to Sales Assist for Checking
- Prepare Buying Voucher & Checking Detail
- Input Data Buying Voucher in Overseas System & Checking Detail
- Payment Voucher & Issued Cheque about Expense of Office
INPUT VAT
- Key in Input Vat Report & Summary Input Vat Report
& Check Data Input Vat & Follow Tax Invoice with Vendors.
- Fill in Of Vat Report (Por Por 30) Pass Internet & Pay by GCMS
To BTMU & Print Receipt from Internet
OUTPUT VAT
1.Follow up Copy Tax Invoice return from Customer
2.Key Data to record for month in output vat file on computer
FM-ADM-04 Rev.00
3.Collect Copy Tax Invoice in Output Vat File. And running number
STOCK CARD
1. Stock List and Stock Card
2. Stock Balance
Bank
1. Bank reconciliation for TMB, BTMU, SMBC
2. Key Date for bank - book , payment on statement file (in MS. Excel)
Assets
1. Calculate for depreciation
2. Assets Books
3. Prepare journal voucher & Key-in
Qualification:
* Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female Age: 25– 30
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
* At least 2-3 years’ experience in Accountant especially in Trading Company
* Strong Minded and Flexible to do multi-tasks in job
* Good command in written and spoken English.
* Knowledge in ISO 9001,14001 System, Concerned Business Laws, Tax System & ACCOUNTING
Language Skill:
English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
