Account Payable Officer (5 Months contract/Fresh graduate welcomed) (16K–21K) (SDG-117278)

<Job responsibilities>
1. AP invoice process and Record Payment transaction in the account system
- Process and Record vendor invoices and employee reimbursements in a timely manner in the accounting system
- Prepare and Process weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update vendor records, including payment terms and Contact information
2. Record Goods to Stocks
3. Record and adjust entries in the general ledger (GL).
- Prepaid Expenses and Journal adjust.
4. Prepare and record Petty cash and Report Petty cash payment
5. Record Mileage for Engineering and Sales and summary report in Excel
6. Coordinate with other departments as assigned.
7. Tax
- Prepare withholding tax certificates and submit tax P.N.D. 3, P.N.D. 53 to the Revenue Department
- Prepare and Record the report, reconcile the input VAT reports, and submit tax PP.30 to the Revenue Department.
8. Other assigned tasks by the manager.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 22 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years of working experience in accounting field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Basic level of English (Report, documents and e-mail)
- Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having a TOEIC score would Be an advantage
- Have service-minded
