Production Manager - Footwear

<Job Responsibilities>
- Check and manage all process about production control, QAQC, Production planning, and material management etc.
- Train workers
- Japanese engineer will train technical knowledge ( If Japanese engineer can not come to VN, they will train by web)



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: None
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30-40

・Have working experience as Production Manager or Assistant manager for more than 2years in Japanese company
・Have knowledge of 5S,Productivity, QAQC, and production planning.
・Who can work for long periods
・Have Leadership and Cooperativeness

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language Skills: Japanese or English Conversational


<Schedule>
・1st interview: ASAP
・Number of interview: 2
・Expected joining date: Middle of January 2021 (Before Tet)
・Interviewer： Japanese Director and Vietnamese HR-Admin Manager
・Interview language: Vietnamese ( HR-Admin Manager can interpret)
・Interview place: Company or around Becamex is also acceptable

・Can pick up from Becamex tower, Binh Duong to company
