<Number of employees : Total : 25 Local : 8 Japanese : 4 Foreigner : > <Report Line : Lawyer > <Team Member: persons> <Number of Subordinates: 0 persons > <Products: Law consulting services > <Clients: Mainly Japanese firms > <Saturday Working: If work required > <Job Responsibilities> - Search laws and assist partners/ senior associates in providing legal advices to clients - Assist partners/ associates in performing due diligence exercises, in reviewing and/or transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA, Charter, etc...), financial agreements (loan agreement, credit facility agreements, etc,...) and other necessary documents/ agreements upon instructions by clients - Assist partners/ associates in drafting, submitting and following application documents for licensing works - Translate and proofread documents - Liaise relevant authorities for their opinion/ clarification
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any. Age: From 24 years old - Experience: Have 1 - 2 years with relevant working experience in M&As, Real Estate, Finance and General Corporate - Education: At least from Bachelor Degree in Law (and have working experience) - Language: Very good + English: Business Level + Japanese: N1 - Skills and Personalities: + Highly committed to the job + Highly aware of confidentiality in this job + Serious with the job + Good teamwork skill - Be able to work overtime if job required <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have working experience with tier law firms and in Japanese working environment < Schedule> - Deadline for receiving CV: 19th November 2020 - CV Screening Result can be informed after 3 working days since the application day - Expected interview: 3 rounds with interviewers as below + Round 1: Vietnamese Senior Lawyer + Round 2: Vietnamese and Japanese partners + Round 3: Company's Japanese President
