<Job Responsibilities> - Advising clients on issues related to FDI, labor, commercial law, M&A and other legal issues - Drafting and reviewing legal documents - Representing clients in initialing legal action and before governmental authorities - Writing articles, and preparing presentations for seminar - Supporting Japanese Lawyer as needed - Other as assigned by the Head of Branch from time to time **Business trip required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law ・Gender: Any ・Age: Under 40 years old ・Language: English business level (good speaking and writing, equivalent to TOEIC: from 850 / TOEFL iBT: from 95 / IELTS: from 6.5) ・Experience: Have at least 1 years experience in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labour & employment etc.) ・Other: Have lawyer certificate <Preferable Skill / Experience> Japanese skill (N2) <Preferred personality> ・Being proactive, creative and responsible ・Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
