<Products and service: - Research, planning, design, management, and execution related to all aspects of architectural and civil engineering - Real estate sale and purchase, rental.> <Client: Mainly Japanese companies, local companies > <Saturday working: Every other Saturday> <Job responsibility> This position is assigned to Sales Department. ・Finding new clients and work with current clients (ratio 50:50) ・Work with Vietnamese contact person of client companies in industrial zone, bank, consulting company, general contractor. Get information of new company establishment in Vietnam from these companies. ・Report to Japanese Manager. ・Support other members. ・Appointments and business trips: In North area. Do not require going to HCMC.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25 - 30 years old (Current staff is 30 years old, over 30 years old candidate can also apply) ・Language: English conversational level (internal communication, email) ・Experience: Have at least 2 years experience in Sales position in Construction, Real estate, Trading or Manufacturing industry. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have experience in Construction, Real estate industry. ・Can speak Japanese. <Preferable personality> ・Can work independently, can think and act on their own. ・Good communication skills.
