Job Description
・Will assigned HCM Sales Department (in charge of Vietnamese Clients)
・Involving the sales operation in accordance with your experiences
・Contact and promote the company’s products to architect, developer, main-contractor and consultant
・Make strategy for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients
・Assess customer's needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes
・Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with existing and new clients
・Interpreter between Japanese manager and Vietnamese staff (Office, on site)
・Making Documents and Translation by using Japanese / English / Vietnamese
・Gathering the internal reports and report it to Manager
・Desk work for the department
・Catch up and learning for special words in operation
・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 3-4 days after CV screening
- How many round interview : 2 times (or 1 time)
- Expect joining day : ASAP - Up to candidate condition
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male prefer
・Age 24 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Sales over 2 years
・Having strong experience as a Sales(new and existing client) independently
-->Mention on CV such as Sales Achievement or having client number etc..
・Language : English Business level (Internal language is English, can make documents and report in EN)
・Willing to work long term(Changing 2 more company is not acceptable in 20's)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experience as a Sales(B to B) in Construction Japanese Company
・Well know about Japanese thinking and working style
・Having working experience in construction industry in VN or foreign country
