<Number of employees : Total : 3 Local : 2 (Import export staff + Secretary) Japanese : 1 > <Report Line : Japanese Chief Representative > <Team Member: 1 person > <Number of Subordinates: 0 person> <Products: Trade metal parts used in circuit boards, FPC connectors,... overall connector parts> <Clients: Mainly Japanese companies, Korean companies,.. > <Saturday Working: No > <Job Responsibilities> ・Receive orders from client and report to Japanese Chief, work under his instruction. There are some few cases this position will work directly with the client ・Prepare necessary import-export procedures, mainly import procedures. ・Contact with forwarder to set up plans for customs clearance, receive orders and distribute product to the required destination. ・Manage imported products in the warehouse. ・Manage, tracking order, contract, and foreign vendors. ・Cooperate with related divisions to ensure the correct delivery timeline. ・Contact clients to update product-distribution process. ・Contact vendors, ship line to arrange distribution schedule. ・Update and report work progress to line-manager. ・Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25 - 40 years old ・Language: English conversational level (for internal communication) ・Experience: Have at least 3 years experience working as import-export staff in any industry. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have working experience in Japanese companies. ・Have working experience in trading companies. ・Have Japanese skills <Schedule> ・Interview round: 3 ・Interviewer: - 1st + 2nd round: Japanese Chief representative and Vietnamese Import Export staff (help translate) - 3rd round: Japanese CEO in Japan (by Zoom) ・Test: Yes (paper), contents to be decided ・Interview language: English, Vietnamese
