<Number of employees : Total : 35 Local : 35 Japanese : 0 > <Report Line : Vietnamese Sales Manager > <Team Member: 3 people > <Number of Subordinates: 0 person > <Products: Elevator, Escalator for Office Apartment, Commercial facilities, Hotel Hospital, Airport... > <Clients: Mainly developer (development company) in real estate industry > <Saturday Working: No > <Position overall> - Client: Mainly develop new clients - Local developer (Apartment) - Selling products: Elevators, escalators - Area of sales: Mainly in Hanoi city - Have individual target <Job Responsibilities> This position requires both sales and manager roles, his main task will be: ・Manage and guide subordinates as a playing manager ・Make daily reports Alongside, he will also be in charge of some sales tasks such as: ・Build and maintain relationships with client ・Propose and sell elevators and escalators to local developers. ・Confirm delivery date and fit in designed building without any problem ・Explain how to use and accompany the installation work ・Respond to complaints (The first report is informed to sales staff from client) ・Coordinate and share information with other departments (maintenance and construction team)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College and above ・Gender: Male preferred ・Age: 30-35 years old ・Language: English business level (internal communication, documents ・Experience: - More than 3 year experience as sales staff in company related to elevator (having experience in same industry is must) - Management skill not required. ・Skills: Basic knowledge of equipment drawings <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having local network in related to real estate industry (business target) <Personality> Active, Aggressive, Flexible, Self-motivated <Schedule> ・Interview round: 2 rounds ・Interviewer: Vietnamese Sales Manager ・Interview language: English and Vietnamese ・Joining date: Negotiable
