<Job Responsibilities>
*This position will be supporting 01 Japanese Sales Staff (in Japan) and 01 Vietnamese Sales Assistant (in Vietnam)*
・Perform sales activity to existing clients.
・Visit clients in Hanoi, have business negotiation with clients.
・Keep up to date with product information in order to accurately describe product features and benefits to clients.
・Create sales quotes, manage orders and delivery, request payments and follow the process.
・Follow company's policies and procedures.
<Requirements>
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Male preferred
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (N3 and above) for communicating with Japanese Director and Japanese Sales Staff.
・Experience: Have at least 1 year experience in sales position in any industry (manufacturing industry not required)
<Preferable>
・Living in Hai Duong or near area.
・For employee living in Hanoi, they can use the same car with Japanese people from Hanoi -> Hai Duong
<Schedule>
・Reason for hiring: Increase headcount.
・Interview rounds: 2 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st face-to-face round: General Manager
- 2nd online (video) round: Headquarter in Japan
・Test: Yes
