Job Description
1. Receive requests for new projects from customers. a. Send customer's request to the quotation department b. Discuss with customers about materials c. Send quotes to customers d. Set up new projects - check materials for samples - discuss with customers about the delivery schedule 2. Check tracking orders from customers a. Receive orders from customers - enter the company's software b. Check with production and quality department then schedule shipment and notify customer c. Make a shipping list d. Order control in system software 3. Support other tasks of the business department
Job Requirement
- Age: 23-35. Gender: Any - Education: Bachelor degree in Economics or Business - Experience: 1 year of experience in Sales related positions in any industry - Language: Japanese Business Level (from N2 - no certificate required) & English Conversational Level (TOEIC 500 equivalent)
