<Job Responsibilities> This position will be in charge of Interpret and translate in the Factory. The company has a lot of Vietnamese Trainee, they need a person who can support them ・Interpret between Japanese Managers,Engineer, Staff and Vietnamese Trainee ・Translate documents like Minutes, Work process report etc... ・Support VISA/Work permit renewal ・Handle inspection from Vietnamese Trainee related organisation ・Support document preparation about Vietnamese Trainee Family VISA etc... ・Administration task in Factory ・Give advice to Vietnamese trainee about life in Japan ・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Managers,Engineers, Staffs
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Woman ・Age: 23-28 years old ・Education: Bachelor Degree in Japanese related Major or Japanese University ・Language: Japanese Business level(Equivalent N1) ・Experience: Working Experience as an Interpreter/Translator in Manufacturing Company(In the Factory) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working Experience in Japan ・Study Experience in Japan ・English conversational level
