<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage general hall tasks and sales in restaurant
- Check the reservation status by Facebook, telephone and WEB
- Translate English to Japanese on the Web
- Arrange table according to request of reserved customer
- Create an in-store advertisement (make flyer)
- Provide work guidance and training to staff (part-time)
- Perform general customer service
- Manage shifts for each staff
- Create and consider seasonal menu
- Manage consumables such as inventory management and cleaning
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : Any (Over around 25 years old)
- Gender : Any
- Japanese skill : Business level
- English skill : Business level
- More than 2 years experiences as hall staff or related position in food(restaurant) industry
- Management skill
- Knowledge of table manner and hospitality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having working experiences in Japanese restaurant
- Knowledge of Wine list (Welcome for sommelier qualification)
- Having experiences as manager
