<Job Responsibilities> Overall management, monitoring, and assurance of Production Process for Refrigerator Factory with details as follows: • Build objectives and control action plans of the Production Department to achieve department KPIs • Optimize plan of Manpower, Production Process Layout base on monthly and yearly PSI • Analyze problems/ issues in process and market to obtain Know-how and transferability • Training/instruction for production Leaders and Sub-Leaders about production line management • Performing other tasks required by Production Assistant General Manager and Factory Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • University degree with Technical major (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) • Gender Any • Age from 30 - 40 years old • More than 5 years’ experience in production management and have at least 1 year as management role, managing more than 400 workers in electronics and/or machinery field • Having knowledge of Production process design, Line Balance, QC Flow Chart, 5S, Kaizen, 5 Why analysis... • Japanese (N3 & above) and can communicate in English (conversational) • Strong leadership, quick action, and logical thinking • Good command of MS: Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
