<Job Responsibilities> ・Manage the Project site team while motivating the team ・Proceed while considering the delivery, safety, quality, and environmental issues. ・Establish good communication with the Project Manager (Japanese), team members, and stakeholders. ・Manage, control, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers ・Ensure that all local national building codes and regulations, safety, and the Client's standard requirements are followed. ・Ensure to liaise with the authority ・Prepare detailed schedules and ensure to meet the timeline and budget. ・Collaborate with architects, engineers, MEP contractors, and other specialists.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in construction, architect majors. ・Language: English - Business level ・Experience: - Have working experience as a Construction Manager, working with commercial buildings. - Have leadership skills. <Preferred personality> Strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.
