<Number of employees : Total : 140 Local :130 Japanese : 10 > <Report Line :Japanese General Director, CEO > <Team Member: > <Number of Subordinates: persons > <Products: Press Die, Plastic Mold and Factory Automation products,> <Clients: Local 70%,Japanese 20%, Korean 10%> <Saturday Working: Sometimes> Job Responsibilities: As an assistant of General Director, they will be in charge bellow duty - Assess and Analyse management numerical values - Find improvements point and make solutions/business plan for it - Assist Management of Infrastructure department(in particular logistic department, customer service department and credit (AR) management department. ) - Check New projects management numerical values, give introduction to the staff - Report to Japanese Director and Area Manager and CEO in Japan ※it has chance to be Director or general manager in the future

Essential Requirements - Gender:Any - Age: 30 - 40 years old - Education:Bachelor Degree - English business level - Have experienced in Business planning, Managerial Accounting, Corporate planning, New business development, Marketing analysis - The person who can do Numerical analysis - Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PPT - Good presentation skill with PPT - Have good logical thinking way - The person who can enjoy high pressure works Preferable Requirements -Japanese Business level (N1) -The person who can analyse by Access, Excel Macro, VBA -Have Experience as a Manager
