Job Description
• We will conduct the following research and analysis as part of our search for investment opportunities. ○Target profile • Create a FINANCIAL model using EXCEL • Analyse of transaction valuation • Investigate other evaluation materials • Create internal presentation materials • Participate in meetings with collaborating teams and external parties (Online/Offline) • Follow the internal approval process • Collaborate with the team for M&A execution.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree or more ・Gender: Any ・Age: 27-33 ・Language: Business skills in English ・Having 1-2 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects ・Have experience at Big4 consulting companies or Investment Banks ・Having good knowledge of hospital business operation ・Good understanding M&A business & process <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having 3-4 years of experience in consulting and dealing with fund investment projects ・Having Analyst skills ・Have good understanding healthcare industry
