<Number of employees : Total : 146 Local : 139 Japanese : 7 Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : Japanese General Director > <Team Member: 1-2 > <Number of Subordinates: 1-2 > <Products: Water / wastewater treatment / water recycling > <Clients: mostly manufacturing companies > <Saturday Working: 1st Saturday of the month > <Job Responsibilities> - Expand client portfolio in the middle of Vietnam - Prepare visit plans and visit report - Approach and present information to customers about the company’s products and services - Prepare and submit quotation to customer - Maintain and create relationships with customers - Maintain gross profit as assigned - Negotiate with customers on price and service to achieve gross profit - Response to customer complaints and comments - Keep on time appointments - Coordinate and communicate correct customer’s inquiry to Engineering Department - Survey market and report to General Director - Initiate and improve own work process and cross functional with other section to achieve company objectives - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management Board
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience > - Gender: any - Age: from 40 - Education: Bachelor Degree - Computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - 5+ years of work experience as Sales / Business Development in Construction industry - Wide network with potential clients and local authorities <Preferable Skills / Experience> - Japanese: conversational level - Experience in water / wastewater treatment field - Good understanding about construction project procedure - Excellent information collection and communication skills - Personality: adaptable, flexible, cooperative, durable, self-motivated
