<Report Line: Japanese Quality Assurance (QA) Section Head> <Team Member: 60 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 59 workers (both Leaders & Staffs) > <Products: Electronic motors and fans> <Clients: Manufacturing company, industrial machine company,..> <Saturday Working:: every other week> <Job Responsibilities> - Manage operation of QA section including quality and environment system following to ISO & IATF standards - Establish quality goal for company and handle to achieve - Control all processes related to product quality - Work with mother company in Japan and customers - Deal with customers' audit and solve all issues relating to quality for both internal and external.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Qualifications: College degree - Language: Japanese equivalent to N2 level àn communication English - Male >30 - 4-5 years' experience in QA/ QC as a Senior Leader/ Manager in Manufacturing/ Production industry specializing in Electrics/ Electronics products - Planning, leadership and negotiation skill - Strong, innovative, open-minded and high-pressure endurance. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Candidates who have both QA and QC experiences
