Senior General Manager

Report directly to Japanese COO
Manage a team of 30 members

- Managing and making sales strategies for 3 different departments
- Managing sales target
- Meeting clients to support negotiate about the contract
- Meeting with Marketing Agency to deal the contract and making marketing plan about products.

Essential Requirements:

- University Degree
- Gender: Female Only
- Age: 35 - 45
- English: Fluent
- Used to work in Japanese Company (more than 3 years)
- Having at least 10 years working experience in sales for manufacturing company and more than 5 year at manager level
- Experience in making Sales strategy
- Logistics knowledge
- Having managing experience at least 10 members
